FIREARMS

Aurora offers five different calibers included in the hunting packages, with the smallest being 7 mm. The minimum energy (Eo - muzzle velocity) requirements are:

1350 Joules for springbuck, duiker, etc.
2700 Joules for hartebeest, wildebeest, kudu, gemsbuck, eland, etc.
5400 Joules for buffalo, elephant, rhino, etc.

Solid point cartridges

Solid point cartridges are not allowed for antelope or any other species.

Automatic weapons

Fully automatic weapons (eg. AK-47 and other military hardware) are prohibited.

Handguns

Any handguns are strictly prohibited.
